Delivery

• Free tracked delivery to UK addresses with Royal Mail.
• The Remembrance Candle is engraved to order and sent within 7 working days.
• The Keepsake Candle is sent the next working day.
• We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. When sending as a gift, prices are never included in the parcel.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives damaged, or there’s a mistake we made in the engraving, email hello@robinrose.co.uk within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free of charge.

Changing your mind

The Remembrance Candle is made to your design, so it can’t be returned if you change your mind once it’s engraved. If you spot a mistake in what you typed, email us as soon as possible: if we haven’t engraved it yet, we’ll put it right.

The Keepsake Candle can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Let us know by email, then send it back unused within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
