Your tribute page and your privacy

Who can see it. Each tribute page has its own private link, the one in the QR code on the slate. It isn’t listed on search engines or anywhere on our website. Anyone with the link or the slate can view it, so only share it with people you’d like to visit.

What we store. The name, dates and message you gave us, plus any photos and memories you or your family add. Photos are resized when they’re uploaded, which also removes hidden details such as where they were taken. Videos stay on YouTube or Vimeo: we only keep the link, and their own privacy policies apply when they play. We also keep the email address of the person who ordered, so we can help if anything goes wrong.

Who can change it. Only the person who ordered can edit the page or remove photos and memories. Visitors can add a memory, which you can remove at any time.

How long we keep it. Your page stays online for as long as Robin & Rose is trading, free of charge. If that ever changes, we’ll email you at least 3 months beforehand, with a way to download everything.

Reminder emails. If you choose to turn on anniversary reminders, we keep the email address and the dates you give us, and use them only to send those reminders. Every reminder has a link to stop them, and you can turn them off from your private page at any time.

Removing it. Email hello@robinrose.co.uk and we’ll delete the page, its photos and memories within 30 days.

What we never do. We never sell your information or use your photos for advertising.
